Star Spangled Shuffle


This morning Clay & I did the Star Spangled Shuffle 5K fun race before the parade with my friend Emily and her kids. The kids biked and we walked & jogged.

Cate, my good friend from high school, is here for the fourth. Did a little hiking before it got too warm today.
