Snow Storm

Yesterday Denver had a pretty awesome snowstorm. I had to go into work but they ended up closing at about 12:30. As you can see from the car photo I was the only one that had to leave the house. Was happy get the afternoon off to go home and play in the snow. Think we had over a foot of wet heavy snow. Sunny today but a lot of places are closed and I happen to have the day off to enjoy it.

Larimer Square

Meeting up in Larimer Square two weeks ago for dinner at Osteria Marco. Love this area at night with all the lights strung across the street.

Street Art

Denver is loaded with some really cool street art. This one is in the lot I park in at work.

Out and about...

I started going to an all girls yoga class I found on meetup & met some really great girlfriends. In this pic we are at The Bar Car, a cute place only a few blocks from me. We are all relatively new to Denver so its been nice to get out to some new places with them.

Cranmer Park

I know I've been the worst blogger lately. Thought I would move up here to Denver and be much better about it. But I'm going to try to start doing better. Layla and I have been going on a lot of walks exploring the neighborhood. So far this is the park we tend to go to the most, pretty short walk from my place and has a view of the mountains.

Broncos Parade

Walked down to the parade Broncos Super Bowl 50 victory parade on my lunch break. They are estimating 1 million people showed up for it. Was definitely a sea of orange. Fun to see but Packers are still my number one! I am really liking Denver, fun to have stuff like this to do working in downtown.
